In accordance with current e-commerce and consumer protection regulations, MINTLIS informs that items purchased through its sales channels may exclusively be subject to:

* Exchange for another size
* Exchange for another item
* Issuance of a non-expiring voucher for the corresponding amount in favor of the customer

No cash refunds will be made, except in cases where legally required in accordance with applicable regulations.

If there is an economic difference resulting from the requested exchange, said amount must be paid via Bizum, obligatorily indicating the initial order number, in order to ensure proper administrative, fiscal, and accounting management.

In accordance with Article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for products made according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.

Likewise, MINTLIS reserves the right to limit the return of certain items intended for events, celebrations, or special collections, when circumstances related to their exclusivity, commercial seasonality, or specific nature arise, a circumstance that will be duly informed to the customer prior to the formalization of the purchase.
Shipping is at the customer's expense, in the manner they deem most appropriate.
