LEGAL NOTICE ON EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Shipping, exchanges and returns
In compliance with current regulations and in accordance with the provisions of the Law published in the Official State Gazette (BOE) on August 26, 2022, as well as the interpretation provided by the Organization of Consumers and Users (OCU), consumers are informed that:
1. Refunds are not accepted for purchases made through this online store, pursuant to the aforementioned regulations applicable to small businesses and small e-commerce sites.
2. Instead, the consumer is offered the following legally equivalent alternatives:
- Issuance of a voucher with no expiration date, for the full amount of the purchased product.
- Exchange for another item available in the store. The consumer must pay, if applicable, the price difference if selecting an item of a higher value.
3. The consumer must state in writing within the return package their choice between the options mentioned above (voucher or product exchange) in order to proceed with the return process.
4. Returns must be sent via regular mail, at an approximate cost of 3.10 euros, to the following address:

5. This procedure complies with current legislation on e-retail commerce and consumer rights, specifically for small businesses.
Delivery time is approximately 8-15 business days depending on the season and varies depending on the garment model, size, and shipping address. For exact information about your order or expected delivery time, please contact mintlis@mintlis.com. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the delivery information.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout and are based on the shipping address and package weight. If you have any questions about shipping costs or delivery times, please don't hesitate to contact our team at mintlis@mintlis.com.
At Mintlis, we work with trusted courier companies to ensure your order arrives at its destination in perfect condition within the agreed timeframe. If for any reason your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our team at mintlis@mintlis.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
For international shipments outside of Europe, Mintlis cannot guarantee delivery times due to possible customs delays or other similar issues. Please note that your order may be detained at customs and subject to additional local import fees upon delivery. All incurred customs fees will be the buyer's responsibility in all cases. Additionally, additional fees and taxes may apply and will be the buyer's responsibility, regardless of the destination country.
Returns
At Mintlis, we are dedicated to offering high-quality products and meeting our customers' needs. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns within 14 days of the product being mailed to the customer.
We accept returns within the 14-day period stipulated in our return policy, or we accept returns by email. We will cover the cost of returning items by regular mail, which costs €2.38 to €6.50 depending on the weight of each item, or by the shipping agency designated by the customer.
For hygiene reasons, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns on jewelry, swimwear, and products from our Outlet and Last Chance sections. Since swimwear is for personal use, we understand the importance of maintaining the sanitary integrity of our products. Jewelry comes into direct contact with the skin, and to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, we cannot accept returns. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that you carefully review the details and specifications of the products before making your purchase.
Refunds will not be accepted for returned items purchased after November 1, 2023. Only exchanges for another item of equal or greater value chosen on our website, paying the difference, or for a voucher for the value of the item valid for one year.
To process a return, customers must contact us via email at mintlis@mintlis.com as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. To process a return, please provide the following information via email:
- Indicate whether you want a refund for another product or an indefinite voucher for the refund amount.
- In case of return, please tell us what other product you would like or if you would like a voucher?
- The date on which the purchase was made
- The shipping number
- Photo of the item's condition and label via email mintlis@mintlis.com
