    Returns and Refunds

    At Mintlis we are dedicated to offering high quality products and meeting the needs of our customers. However, due to the nature of our products, we only accept returns within 14 days after the product was sent to the customer by post.

    We accept the return of the order within the period of 14 days stipulated in our return policy or the product via mail and bear the shipping costs of the return by ordinary mail whose cost is 2.38 euros per item or by the transport agency designated by the customer.

    For hygiene reasons, we are sorry to inform you that we do not accept costume jewelery or bath items. Since swimsuits are garments for personal use, we understand the importance of maintaining the sanitary integrity of our products. The costume jewellery is in direct contact with the skin and, to ensure the safety and hygiene of our customers, we cannot accept your return.     Refunds for items returned and purchased from November 1, 2023 will not be accepted, only changes for another item you choose on our website of equal amount or higher by paying the difference or for a voucher for the amount of the garment for one year of vigor.
